​<산속의 물고기 Fish in the Mountain>

이 설치 작품의 주제는 물의 순환이다. 물은 지구 위에서, 속에서, 그리고 공중에서 움직이고 또 머문다. 지구 위에, 안에, 그리고 공중에 있는 물의 양은 항상 똑같다. 물은 수증기로, 구름으로, 비로, 지하수로, 강으로, 연못으로, 호수로, 그리고 바다로 변한다. 물은 모든 생명체를 만든다. 물은 지구 위에, 안에, 그리고 공중에 있는 모든 장소를 연결한다.

물의 순환은 물고기 오브제로 상징화된다. 물고기는 물에서 태어나 성장하는 상징적 생명체 중 하나이다. 물고기 오브제는 공중에 매달려 연미산의 자연 현상에 반응하고, 자연 현상을 반영한다. 물고기 오브제는 사람들에게 물의 순환과 연미산과 금강의 상관관계를 상기시켜준다. 이 설치 작품은 물의 순환을 통해서 금강자연미술비엔날레의 ‘재야생화’ 개념을 표현한다.

Installation motif is water circulation. Water moves and stays on/in/over the earth. Total amount of water is always constant on/in/over the earth. Water transforms into vapor, cloud, rain, underwater, river, pond, lake, sea, etc. Water creates all kinds of lives. Water connects places on/in/over the earth.

Water circulation is symbolized by Fish object. Fish is one of the typical symbolic lives created and grown by water. Fish object is suspended in the air and reacts and reflects the natural phenomena of Yeonmisan mountain. Fish object reminds people of water circulation and the connection between Yeonmisan mountain and Geumgang river. Installation expresses Rewilding concept of GNAB through the recognition of water circulation.
