트리스킬 TRISKELE

트리스킬은 아주 오래된 상징 – 삼각형 – 으로 시대마다 그리고 문화권마다 의미가 다르다. 트리스킬은 삶-죽음-재탄생, 과거-현재-미래, 흙-물-하늘, 창조-보호-파괴, 3위일체(성부, 성자, 그리고 성령) 등을 의미할 수도 있다. 또한 태양(아침, 낮, 그리고 저녁)의 상징일 수도 있고 시간, 움직임, 그리고 변화와 연관될 수도 있다. 트리스킬 형태를 한 우리 셸터는 정신적인 공간으로, 사람은 쉴 수도 있고, 삶과 시간을 생각할 수도 있고, 주변의 자연을 바라보고 들을 수도 있고, 사적 보호 공간일 수도 있는 한편 세상에 연결되기도 하고 개방적일 수도 있다. 이곳은 2-3명이 동시에 앉을 수도 있다.

TRISKELE is a very ancient symbol - a triangular form - with different meanings in different eras and cultures. Triskele can mean life-death-rebirth, past-present-future,earth-water-sky, creation-protection-destruction, Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) etc. It can also be a symbol of SUN (morning, midday and evening) and be connected with time, movement and changes. Our shelter in a form of Triskele is a spiritual space, where one can rest, think about life and time, watch and listen the nature around, have his/her private protected space but still be connected and opened to the world. It is a place where also two or three persons can sit at the same time.
