​<생명선 Life-line>

숲은 모든 생명이 서로 밀접하게 연결되어 살아가는 통합된 유기체이다. 인간이 생존할 수 있는 유일한 방법은 이 자연의 공동체 속에 통합되는 것이다. 자연 미술은 이런 일에 큰 도움이 된다. 전통 공예를 자연 미술에 포함하는 것은 자연 속으로의 재통합의 좋은 기회이다. 이 작품은 도자기(한국 문화에서 오랜 역사를 가지고 있고, 중부 유럽의 카파시안 평원의 오랜 문화에도 비슷한 전통이 있다)를 현대 건축에 결합하여 상징적으로 그리고 실제로 작품을 자연 속에 통합시키는 것이다.

땅으로부터 얻어지고 (점토), 인간의 손길로 변형된 자연 재료는 영적 내용을 가지고 자연을 채우지만, 자연을 지배하지는 않는다. 인간과 자연은 함께 간다.

The forest, a unified living organism in which all living things live in close connection with the other. Man’s only chance of survival is re-integration into this natural community. Nature art is a great help for this. Contemporary thinking and artwork fitted into a timeless intellectual quality. Incorporating traditional crafts into nature art is a new reintegration opportunity into nature. The plane of the present work combines ceramics(with a long tradition in Korean culture, and similarly to the archaic cultures of the Carpathian Basin) with contemporary sculpture, symbolically and truly integrating the work into nature.

The natural material(clay) extracted from the earth and transformed by human (mental, physical) work fills the space of nature with spiritual content, gives direction to its processes, but does not dominate it. They go hand in hand together, man and nature.
