​<연속된 선 VI (대나무) Continuous Line VI (Bamboo)>

‘연속된 선 VI (대나무)’는 전적으로 친환경 재료로 만든 무한하고 순환적인 고리이다. 이 작품은 빠르게 그린 낙서처럼 허공에 그려지는 3차원적 그림이다. 그러나 실제로는 여러 사람이 현장에서 천천히 만드는 작품이다. 대나무들은 묶음 속의 섬유와 같은 역할을 한다. 여러 개를 사용해서 튼튼하게 만든다.

제공된 그림은 작품 하나의 형태를 묘사하지만, 실제로 그 형태는 정해진 장소와 주변 환경에 따라 결정될 것이다.

이 작품을 만드는 과정에서 자원봉사자들과 어시스턴트들이 현장에서 대나무로 하나의 묶음을 만들고, 묶음의 방향을 서로 협력하여 결정하기 때문에, 개념적으로 연결되어 있다.

Continuous Line VI (bamboo) is an infinite, cyclical loop made entirely from sustainable material. It is a three-dimensional drawing in space like a quick doodle, but constructed slowly on site by a group of people. The bamboo units will act like fibers in a bundle, gaining strength through multiplicity.

The drawing provided depicts one possible formation of the sculpture, yet in practice, its form will be inspired by the natural location assigned and the unique character of the surroundings.

The process of its construction is conceptually relevant, as volunteers and assistants will work the bamboo directly on site, creating the bundle one piece at a time and determining its path collaboratively.
