그린 이글루

당신은 바람의 속삭임을 들으며 늙은 버드나무 가지 사이를 거닐다 평온한 기분을 느껴본 적이 있는가? 나는 내 작품 “그린 이글루”를 긴장을 풀고 행복한 기분을 느끼며 머물 수 있는 장소로 만들고 싶다. 마치 유년시절 우리가 내 부모님 댁 옆을 흐르는 조그만 강가에 늙은 버드나무 가지가 만드는 아케이드 속에서 놀던 때처럼 편안한 공간으로.

두려운 것이 없었고 미래에 대한 확신으로 가득찼던 어린 시절의 영혼을 되살리자. 그 때는 자연과 우주에 뿌리를 내렸고 새처럼 자유로웠다. “그린 이글루” 안에 앉아 있는 동안 만이라도 그 시절로 돌아가보자.

You ever walk between this old willows, listening the whisper of the wind, and feel you calm down?

I want to create with my artwork “green igloo” a place to stay, to relax and feel happy, like in this old days, when we are kids and play together, in the arcade of the old willows down at the little river near by my parents house.

Bring back our soul of our childhood without fear and full of trust in the future. Rooted with the nature and in the universe, free as a bird. Be back for a little while, when you site down in the center of the “green igloo”
