연미산은 제비 꼬리를 닮아 연미산(燕尾山)이라고 한다.

또한 연미산에는 고마나루 설화가 전해 내려오는 장소이기도 하다.

이처럼 연미산의 이야기가 담긴 제비와 곰이 철제 문설주로 제작되어 연미산을 찾는 이들을 반갑게 맞아주길 바란다.

Mt. Yeonmi is called Yeonmisan because it resembles a swallow's tail.
It is also the place where the Gomonaru myth is handed down.
We hope that swallows and bears with stories of Mt. Yeonmi will welcome visitors to the mountain as they are made of iron gatepost.
