자연은 있는 그대로 충실하며 편안하다.

나무는 시간을 지나 온 모습 그대로 이며 바다는 생명을 품고 키워 그 빛을 내어준다.

그루터기를 다듬어 자개를 붙이고 본래의 색인 옻을 칠했다.

나의 작은 자연은 햇빛이 드리워진 그 자리에 늘 곁에 있었다.

Nature is faithful as it is and comfortable. Trees remain as they are after passing through time, and the sea cradles and nurtures life, emitting its light. 

I smoothed the stump, inlaid it with mother-of-pearl, and applied lacquer, its original color. My small nature was always there by my side, in the place where the sunlight cast its light.
