<큐브 12 Cube 12>

이 큐브는 2025년 늦봄에 시작된 12일간의 전쟁을 상징한다.

테헤란에서 폭격이 있던 당시, 나는 혼자였고 폭발과 미사일로 안전은 산산조각 났다.

진동과 압력으로 욕실 천장의 느슨한 조각이 떨어져 이 작품의 핵심이 되었다.

작품 안에는 내 머리카락 한 가닥이 어머니가 짠 물레에서 나온 주황색 실과 함께 묶여 있으며, 도예 작업실에서 가져온 밀 이삭과 흙이 함께 담겨 있다.

이는 두려움과 파괴 속에서도 생명이 계속됨을 조용히 증언한다.

This cube symbolizes twelve days of war that began in late spring 2025. During a bombing in Tehran, I was alone as explosions and missiles shattered any sense of safety. 

A loose piece of bathroom ceiling fell due to the trembling and pressure, becoming the core of this work. 

Inside, a strand of my hair is tied with an orange thread from my mother’s weaving spindle, alongside wheat and soil from my pottery studio - a quiet testament to life persisting amid fear and destruction.
