<도시의 새둥지 Urban Bird Nest>

인간이 만든 흔적이 남아 있는, 자연에 가까운 재료로 지어진 새둥지는 도시 생활에 적응해 가는 새들의 모습을 보여준다. 

투명한 상자 안에 전시된 둥지는 눈으로 볼 수 있지만 만질 수는 없어서, 도시인들과 자연 사이의 단절되고 소원한 관계를 투영한다. 

한때 그곳에 머물렀던 생명의 유일한 흔적인 깃털 하나는, 도시의 빠른 흐름 속에서 우리가 쉽게 간과하는 인간 외의 존재들에 대한 호기심을 자아낸다. 

이 작품은 도시 속 자연, 그리고 그 자연의 회복과 우리가 맺고 있는 관계를 다시금 돌아보게 한다.

A bird’s nest, built from natural-looking materials with human-made traces, reflects birds’ adaptation to urban life. 

Displayed in a transparent box, the nest is visible but untouchable, mirroring the fragmented, distant relationship between city dwellers and nature. 

A lone feather, the only trace of life once present, exists to spark curiosity about non-human lives often overlooked in urban rhythms. 

This work invites reflection on our relationship with urban nature and its renewal.
