<자연의 쉼터 Sanctuary of Nature>

나의 작품 <Sanctuary of Nature>는 재활용의 중요성과 자연의 아름다움을 모두 담아내려는 시도이다. 서랍으로 디자인된 정육면체 모양의 나무 기둥은 자연에서 가장 연약한 존재인 새들에게 안전한 안식처를 상징한다. 

이 작품은 단순한 예술적 표현을 넘어, 재활용의 가치를 일깨우고 자연과 조화를 이루는 방법을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다.

이 작품에서 사용된 주요 재료인 달걀판은 우리가 일상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 재활용 가능한 자원이다. 이 재료를 활용함으로써, 흔히 버려지는 것에서도 새로운 가치를 발견할 수 있다는 것을 보여주고자 했다.

 달걀판은 본래의 아름다움을 지니고 있으며, 이를 쌓아 새 둥지를 만들면서 자연의 소중함과 재활용의 잠재력을 함께 표현하고자 했다.

<Sanctuary of Nature>는 단순한 시각적 아름다움에 국한되지 않는다. 이 작품은 우리가 일상에서 종종 간과하는 재활용의 중요성을 상기시키고, 자연과 조화를 이루는 삶의 방식을 제안한다. 

재활용은 단순히 쓰레기를 줄이는 것이 아니라, 새로운 가치를 창출하고 지속 가능한 미래를 만들어가는 중요한 과정이다.

이 작품을 통해 관람자가 재활용의 가치를 다시 생각하고, 자연과 조화를 이루는 생활 방식을 실천하도록 격려하고자 한다. <Sanctuary of Nature>가 작은 영감의 원천이 되기를 바라며, 우리 모두가 일상 속에서 재활용의 아름다움을 발견할 수 있기를 희망한다.

My work, Sanctuary of Nature, is an endeavor to encapsulate both the importance of recycling and the beauty of nature.

 The cube - shaped wooden pillar, designed as a drawer, symbolizes a safe haven for the most vulnerable creatures in nature: birds. 

This piece transcends mere artistic expression; it aims to awaken the value of recycling and propose ways to harmonize with nature.

The primary material used in this work, egg cartons, is a readily available recyclable resource that we encounter in our daily lives.

 By utilizing this material, I sought to demonstrate that we can discover new value even in what is often discarded. 

Egg cartons possess inherent beauty, and by stacking them to form a bird's nest, I aimed to express both the preciousness of nature and the potential of recycling.

Sanctuary of Nature is not solely about visual beauty. This work serves as a reminder of the significance of recycling, which we often overlook in our daily lives, and suggests a way of life that harmonizes with nature. 

Recycling is not just about reducing waste; it is a vital process that creates new value and fosters a sustainable future.

Through this piece, I hope to encourage viewers to reconsider the value of recycling and to practice a lifestyle that harmonizes with nature. 

I wish for Sanctuary of Nature to provide a small source of inspiration, and I hope we can all discover the beauty of recycling in our everyday lives.
