<걸쳐진 시간> The Time That is Draped over

이 도시에서 나는 어딘가로부터 이식된 존재라고 여겨졌다.

살아도 익숙해지지 않는 내 안의 낯섦은 어쩌면 이곳에서는 이방인일 수밖에 없는 이 시대 우리의 숙명일 수도 있겠다고 생각했다.

In this city, I was regarded as a being transplanted from somewhere else.

I thought that the sense of strangeness within me, which I could never grow accustomed to even as I lived here, might perhaps be the fate of us in this era—an inevitable sense of being outsiders in this place.

<너머> The Space beyond

조금은 부유하듯 숨 쉬는 삶,

어느 장면에 대한 나의 단상을 떨어진 이파리를 다시금 인간의 옷을 지어 나뭇가지에 걸친 외투로 형상화하였다.

찰나인 우리의 生을 ‘걸쳐진 옷’으로 조형화하였다.

A life that breathes as if floating slightly above the ground,

I visualized my reflections on a certain scene by making fallen leaves into human clothing again, forming coats draped over branches.

I shaped our fleeting lives into “draped clothes.”
