<먼———地 풍경> Dustscape

아주 먼 시간으로부터 이동해온 먼지가 잠시 땅에 머물러 풍경이 되는 곳.

도시의 표면을 이루었던 먼지가 다시 산수가 되고, 사라진 풍경이 우리의 감각 속에서 다시 실재하는 곳.

하진의 〈먼———地 풍경〉은 바로 그 실재와 이미지, 도시와 자연, 생성과 소멸, 이동과 정착의 경계에서 잠시 머무는 풍경이다. 그리고 우리는 그 풍경 앞에 잠시 멈춰 서서, 우리가 매일 지나쳐온 도시의 표면을 새롭게 바라본다.

도시를 덮고 있던 먼지가,

도시가 잃어버린 풍경을 다시 보여준다.

A place where dust, having traveled across time, briefly settles upon the earth and takes shape as landscape.

A place where dust that once covered the surface of the city becomes landscape, and where landscapes that have disappeared become tangible once again through our senses.

Ha Jin’s Dustscape is a landscape that lingers for a moment at the boundaries between reality and image, city and nature, creation and disappearance, drifting and settling. Standing before this landscape, we too pause for a moment, beginning to see anew the surfaces of the city we pass every day.

The dust that once covered the city reveals, once again, the landscapes the city has lost.
