<진화의 비밀 #J-10> The Secret of Evolution #J-10

〈진화의 비밀 #J-10〉은 금강 지역에서 발견된 정체불명의 물체를 상상한 작품이다. 수백만 년 전 지구에 정착한 것으로 추측되는 이 물체의 중앙 노란 캡슐에는 외계 광물질이 가득하다. 이 물질이 기후 변화와 빙하기를 이끈 에너지원이자 생명체 진화의 

탯줄이라는 상상에서 출발한다. 맨 위 나무줄기는 편서풍을 따라 서에서 동으로 향하는 작은 숲을 상징한다. 중앙 캡슐은 지구 자전축인 23.5도로 기울어져 있으며, 야간에는 태양광으로 발광한다. 아래쪽 네 줄기는 연미산 나무와 연결되어 동서남북으로 

뻗으며 작품의 구조적 안정성과 균형을 잡는다.

Secret of Evolution #J-10 is an artwork inspired by an unidentified object discovered in the Geumgang region. Presumed to have settled on Earth millions of years ago, the object features a central yellow capsule filled with alien minerals. 

The work stems from the imagination that these materials served as a source of energy that triggered climate change and ice ages, acting as an umbilical cord for the evolution of life. The uppermost tree branch symbolizes a small forest, 

heading from west to east under the influence of prevailing westerlies. The central capsule tilts at 23.5 degrees to match Earth's axial tilt and is powered by a solar energy system, glowing at night. The four large branches at the bottom connect with wood from Yeonmisan Mountain, extending toward the four cardinal directions to provide structural stability and balance to the piece.
