때/ 시간

'때/ 시간' 은 자작나무 껍질로 만들어진 설치작품이다. 나무 껍질들은 '가을' 낙엽처럼 변할 때까지 서로 꿰매어져 있을 것이다. 이 작품은 구약 성경의 한 구절을 바탕으로 하고 있다.

 "찢을 때가 있고 꿰맬 때가 있으며"   (전도서 3장 7절)

A time for

The installation 'A time for' is made from the bark of the birch tree. The pieces of bark are sewed together till 'autumn' leaves. The work is based on the tekst from the bible:

 "A time to tear apart, and a time to sew together"  (Ecclesiastes 3:7)
